I know Amxbans have there own forum but they are not really helpful so I thought if anyone of u can help me out as I have seen many people use it and don't know how did they managed to get it work. I don't know much about this as I am still learning so if any one can help me out please.

I was trying to get amxbans installed on my web server but I am getting lots of errors and the requirement it says it need mysql 5.0 but the problem is I asked my hosting provider if they can downgrade my mysql version, they said it's really old and not secure so they cannot do that and no hosting will do it.
So how can I install it and make it work.
Ya and forgot to mention that the version of mysql I have is 5.6

I highly doubt having a newer version of MySQL will prevent it from running. It is likely a requirement to have "MySQL 5.0 or newer", they will rarely remove functionality in a minor version change.

P.S. It looks like you just posted on their forums yesterday. Give it time. Forums are not a form of immediate support.

thanks for reply i been waiting for a while now still did not got any reply or help from the amxbans forum
can anyone set it up for me please
i have tried many different ways to make it work but it does not work, ether i get 500 internal server error or some time it works but at the end of the page where it shows the details, i get that page fields as blank.
