Metamod not working on Linux HLDS

Hi,

I have set up a counter-strike HLDS using SteamCMD on a local machine running Debian 7 linux.
Running without addons it works perfectly, but with Metamod 1.21.1-am I get the following errors in console before crashing:

I have done all the settings requiered, and as you see in the console Metamod seems to start. My liblist.gam looks like this:

I have tried both with and without any Metamod plugins loaded. Searching the internet I have not yet found anybody who have solved this particular problem.

If you have any clues to a solution I'm grateful, and if you run HLDS under Debian/Linux I'd be happy if you shared your setup/solution.

You have a corruption with the liblist.gam file

Thanks for answering! What does that mean, and how do I fix it? I tried both with and without the "^M" DOS encoding, as well as replacing the file with another one.

What does it mean, having a corruption with a file? It seems to work and look like every other textfile, and I even tried replacing it. Should I reinstall the whole thing?
