I did run that command bailopan said and it still dumps the same information. We're using SM 1.1, a debug build that I made (by compiling sourcemod.2.ep2.so, sourcemod_mm_i486.so, and sourcepawn.jit.x86.so with the debug flag). Should I have compiled the extensions in debug mode as well? I dont know what else try at this point...

Ok well someone pointed /var/logs/messages out to me and I found this:

I dont know if thats of any help to figuring out what the reason for the crashes is or not. Hopefully someone else can make use of it
