I switched providers. It was a good server provider, but did not allow me to install extensions. Extensions could only be installed by the mod manager which is terrible.

It works now.

I too am with Streamline servers. Which provider did you switch to as I am having the same issue.

I switched to NFO servers. It also works with GAMESERVERS too, but it was too expensive for me.
