ghostchat_mm This Metamod: Source plugin allows dead players to speak to living players in text chat. It should work with at least Counter-Strike: Source and Day of Defeat: Source. Windows Offsets If you're running Windows, set the ghostchat_offset console variable to the appropriate offset below. If you're running Linux do not set the variable. Offsets as of 2007/07/04 Counter-Strike: Source: 349 Day of Defeat: Source: 348 Half-Life 2: Deathmatch: 348 Binaries and Source Version 3 Version 2 Version 1 Changelog Version 3: Updated to use latest SDK libraries. Offsets also updated. Version 2: Fixed late-loading issue under Linux. Made pause/unpause not forget ghostchat_offset value.

The plugin should work fine, but I don't recommend running it on production servers until you know it works for you. And if you're running Windows, don't forget to set ghostchat_offset! Otherwise it won't work at all!

Very nice work!
Is there a way to switch the plugin on and off during the game ? That option would be very usefull for me.

http://dackz.net/projects/ghostchat_mm/ - Version 2 is out. I fixed a late-loading problem with the Linux version. If you want to temporarily disable the plugin, just use meta pause/unpause. It won't forget your ghostchat_offset setting now when you unpause it.
