You can remove KillHP.smx because it's redundant. Your plugin is compiling on webcompiler sucessfully.

Maybe you can add AutoExecConfig. It's significantly easier for users if the plugin creates its own .cfg file in cfg/sourcemod on first load. So they don't need to copy cvars from forums and paste them in server.cfg or autoexec.cfg.

You should add a translation file and a tag like [SM]. Hardcoding phrases is not very smart.
