Perhaps HP regen for the terrorist/CTs? Would motivate Ts to play strategically instead of yoloing.

cvar and in admin menu to enable or disable the plugin on demand like for example by default it's disabled but if an admin wants, he enables it for sometime?

can you add breathing sound for CTS can hear when TS is near ?

Updated to 1.3.0:

* added separate config for T and CT ( cfg/sourcemod/stealthmod/players.cfg )
* added ability to change speed multiplier
* added ability to change gravity multiplier
* added health regen (change in config)
* added max health config

Because TRs they can invisible when walk. So I think they should have a sound amor beep sound or breathing sound. So CTs can hear if they are close.
that will make gameplay more balance

But then the sound will be very easy to locate It may be easier enable footsteps for this?

TRs walk ... so there will be no footsteps.
the sound volume should not too loud and close to hear To keep balance too.
CTs will not able to spam if they want to hear that sound signal
