The number of elements in the map added to those created by whatever addons and/or plugins you may have are more than 512 (a hard coded limit imposed by Valve).

"models/simivally/itemslady.mdl" was just the item that was trying to be loaded in 513th place.

I believe (Harbu) included a little script in his newest RP plugin where if you load your server on ts_lobby it would auto change to meck without a precache problem.

Not sure about the rest of the RP plugins besides unprecache stuff. (ripent, stripper2, plugins)

Either disable addons and/or plugins until it loads, or forget it (it's what I do, I dump all maps that give me this error, normally they aren't worth the work of trying to make them load, there are a bunch of other similar to them to try out).
