Not working connect with steam

I receive No OpenID Server found at https://steamcommunity.com/openid when tried to connect to panel boompanel

i https tried already . any one ? i use for boompanel and some personal steam login not working both

Check what Steam returns when you manually try retrieve this url. From web-server.

P.S.: I see problem something like this too. On some client servers, Steam returns 4xx and non-standard answer, like "Forbidden". When client changes IP for web-server, Steam Login starts work. Looks like a ban for IP. But why - idk.
Note: this is only theory. It does not claim to be 100% authentic.
