This is basically ripped and arranged from CSDM. The Radar Blocker was converted from Bail's AMXX Version and implemented into the module.

This module allows you to remove the reduced team damage, correctly reverse TK's, and stop the users' radar from working. They can be turned on and off all together, or one-by-one.

Was compiled with 1.8.1.3746 and VC++ 2008.
