Well, also tested in Non-Steam version, same problem. So I decided to install the version of AMXX to 1.8.2, instead 1.8.3, and it worked. So it was the problem of AMXX 1.8.3, it can be possible to be a bug in 1.8.3, but I hope they can fix it...
Anyways, thanks.

You should search and learn the proper way of dealing with models(hints: FM_SetClientKeyValue, FM_UpdateClientData).
His servers, yes, he got more: TFC, CS 1.6 and Sven Co-Op, they all use dproto. He also mentioned non-steam here, so:

NON-STEAM = NO SUPPORT!

With AMXX 1.8.2 you can get SVC_BAD error in the console. The proper way for the old AMXX is to hook FM_SetClientKeyValue using fakemeta. But since you are using dproto, you will not get any support.

You need to prevent the bots from changing their models

As George suggested use Mercylezz's API plugin for model changing or you can hook model command and block the players from changing it.
