[Fixed] Having powers you really dont have

Running SH 1.18 CVS

Some people will complain that they have powers they didnt choose. but when i look, its not in their hero list, but they are using the power.

for example, someone thats level 4 that hasnt chosen daredevil, will sometimes have it and cant drop it...

make any sense?

Same problem here, low levels people can get all the heroes sometimes, not all the time, it will back to normal after rounds.

Sometimes you can see the messages for other people, the messages should be from client_print(id,print_chat,"blah blah") but you can see the message even you're not belonging to that id.

It seems all come from a id garbled problem, no problem likes this before.

also about how many plugins do you have loaded on your server?

Essentially this problem, except I have the latest version of SH. The problem in the quote above is ENTIRLey what i happeingn to me.
