I just don't want to release the sourcecode because with this you could easily disable VAC entirely for whitelisted players(nonsteam probably).

It is only a .so because the loading issue doesn't exists for CS:S on Windows.

Yep, I tried adding someone through HLSW and it went through. Issue I am having currently is that I am unable to assign any admin flags to the people that were allowed access to the server with this plugin.
