Sourcebans - Could not connect to server

I have a sourceban web with 12 servers added and everything seems to work fine.
Lately, one of the servers is disconnecting after a few hours.
Instead of showing the server hostname on the website i see this:
Could not connect to server (IP Address of my server)

If I want it to get fixed I have to restart the server and then it works again for something like 10 more hours and then the error is getting back.

It's CSGO servers, and all the other servers are working without any problems.
I tried everything, searched the internet a lot and couldn't find any solution.

There are no errors\any log related to the sourcebans in the server.

Well... only Sourcebans shows the offline server, or is the server really offline?

The server is online, with players playing in it.
