Just reading description (skipping first part with what I quoted higher) I already understood that you'r from lithuania, cuz this is again just stoled idea from my server.

I know amxx rules, and cuz that plugin is private, I have no rights to request this one in unaccepted list, but however I have rights to request for credits, cuz the much of ideas are stolen (now say that you didn't copy ideas from you know where - say it - wanna laught).

Anyway, I'm reguesting you to give credits to pamaliska, cuz everything except +hp on kill is his idea.

P.S. You may say 'what the hell?'. Ok, let me say it like this - before my server created vip plugin - non of lithuanian servers had vips (I mean - absolutelly non!). After we created vip - much of lithuanian servers created 90% the same vip privileges plugin as in my server. And now some1 figured out to submit an idea copy plugin (I have in mind you ofcorse) (what also is 90% of stolen ideas from my server). That's why I'm reguesting you to add credits to a person who started this vip thing - one of main admins and scripters of idea started server: Pamaliska.
