I want a plugin to hear my team speak

namely:

there's a command for that called sv_alltalk. At least this was used years ago, not sure if valve has updated it and removed it, gotta try it out.

If you use reHLDS you can use sv_alltalk 0/1/2/3/4
And it does all you want and more, there is also a plugin in here that does what you want, but dont remember where i saw it

@tarsisd2 it is from ReGameDLL so dont confuse people they must have reHLDS on the server -> https://github.com/s1lentq/ReGameDLL_CS/wiki/sv_alltalk

i think you want sv_alltalk 2, but better check yourself

If someone is using rehlds they will be using regame as well, i think you are the one tripping
