i just installed hlds cs 1.6 through steam cmd. (+metamod. amxmodx.)
and now i just wondering, what is the best server settings for full 32 slots?
my dedicated server is icore3, 4gb RAM DDR3. LINUX DEBIAN 7 wheezy. kernel is not optimized

for now i get about 70% CPU used, but the fps with 16 online players about stable 600~(once in a 5-10 sec its drops to 300 for a second)
i just wanna get stable and 0% lag PUB server with best shooting quality on full 32 slots.
how do i get it?
