Hey Guys, everytime i want to connect to a server the following error appears.

I've removed your SQL-pass from the cvars list, but you should change it nonetheless.
Does this error appear on all servers, or just on this one?

Die you read FAQ Question #6?

A: in some setups the hlds is bound to an internal IP address (especially when behind routers) while the external IP address is bound to it through NAT. the plugin detects only the internal IP address and does not find any match to the IP specified in address= parameter, thus does not detect the own server. to solve this, put this line in your server.cfg:
net_address "123.123.123.123:27015"
replace 123.123.123.123 with your external ip that you also specified for address= parameter in serverlist.ini and 27015 with your port. if this does not help you can also try to add ip "123.123.123.123" to server.cfg file. if this still does not work, as a last attempt, add redirect_external_address "123.123.123.123:27015" to your amxx.cfg – this last resort always has to work, if it does not you can be sure you mistyped something within the IP or port somewhere.

Yeah but the server is not using any internal ip's.

and its not behind a router.

It was working fine a few days ago.

Our provider said that he dont know what the problem is. he just said that there is a firewall entry which is delaying the access over the rcon port for one second.

Do you think this could be the problem? But it was working fine in the last days.

I'm not a coder or network specialist, so i cannot say if this is the reason. But if it worked already you should try to elaborate what has changed since then. It does not stop working without reason.

i second that, such problems don't magically appear. if you haven't changed the xShunter config then your provider has changed the network configuration on the server.

but whatever the reason is, the FAQ question Mordekay quoted should help anyway.
