The mistake: If i select a server to go to the submenu the menu disappear and nothing happens..

as someone who has been using xREDIRECT for a longer time the problem should be familiar to you already. i have checked the code and the error message you are showing could most probably only be explained by one thing: your own server is not detected. please check your normal amxx log (NOT the error log) for this message:

ERROR: Own server has not been detected, plugin will not function correctly

if you're using MySQL check address and port columns on your xredirect_servers table specifically. should be 62.75.204.158 and 27016.
if the data is correct you can still tell the server its IP on the amxx config with redirect_external_address - so you would set it like this:

redirect_external_address	"62.75.204.158:27016"
