I tried searching everywhere for a plugin like this, but failed to found one, so the idea goes like this:

Game: NMRIH (Mod from HL2 EP2) - Or it can be to ANY game since it doesn't use lots of engine hooks

Plugin will count for example 600 seconds (or any CVAR value) from map start and when timer expires a voting menu will appear:

Friendly:

6 - Ironman
7 - Fishy
8 - Pochynky

9 - Exit

Cooperative:
1 - SKIP MENU

These menus should appear to ALL the players that spent more than 600 seconds (or any cvar value) playing the map, ONLY ONCE PER MAP

Furthermore, only players that spent more than 300 seconds (or any CVAR value) playing WITH the client that has this menu open should count and appear in their menu, otherwise it will count lots of players that might disconnect or leave in mid game without spending too much time together

I can even pay for it, but first i wanted to get your feedback in this idea.

Is the Skip Menu function designed since the player can only make on vote selection per map or do you want the menu selection on the first menu to then allow selection on the second menu and so on?

The "Skip" button could also be named "Don't give friendly/cooperative/leader in this map", it should be like "Exit" option but taking you to the next category, if there is no next category then it would be no point in using it since "Exit" already exists by default in all menus.
