on my csgo surf server i try to join a team after going spec, and it wont let me. I keep having to type retry in console. There has got to be a way to fix this.

Can you use "sm plugins list" (without the quotes) in your server console and paste the output there please.

because your round is not restarting... valve servers have this same problem with deathmatch for example.
