Free server autorestart on crash / exit??

which doesn't seem to work for steamcmd and i didn't think it would either.

after a while of googling i still cant seem to find much?

an exe that will auto restart your servers on crash / exits (rcon exit) and keep the server running? im on windows 10 here for CSS and CSGO

or just a bat file, the ones i tried out works if i run one server but if i run additional servers it doesn't work.
