Thank you, turning it off worked for me, either that, or the hiccup from the Steam servers ended.

Is a server reboot needed for the "hiccup" to go away or what because im still experiencing it across over 20 servers.

Maybe, I restarted mine after changing SteamAuthstringValidation to "no" in core.cfg

I updated to latest snapshots and rebooted about half anhour ago and got nothing, however, the last couple minutes its working fine again.
