[REQ] [CS:GO] Priority Speaker Plugin?

If anyone knows any decent Priority Speaker plugin for CS:GO please tell me.

If there isn't any plugins for it then if you are a coder tell me and we will exchange steam and talk about payment and what I want in the plugin.

The plugin is like what is in teamspeak 3 where someone with higher immunity mic turns on everyone else's mic is lowered. I would like this is in CS:GO so when an ADMIN talks everyone else is lowered. Saves time rather than having to mute everyone.

What would be the point of that function...?
Might as well just mute everyone when you start talking then unmute everyone when you stop.

They use it for things like jailbreak. Atleast that is what i made this for in the past.

I was questioning the FadeClientVolume, then the player wouldn't be able to hear anybody or anything xD

That's essentially alot more work, like creating an extension to adjust a player's mic volume. It would be 10x easier to mute every one while the admin is talking.
