I don't believe they do.

If you buy a server from NFO they don't offer phone support. However, they do have support tickets. It might as well be live chat because they respond within minutes not hours.

DGS does not offer any kind of tickets or support (which as stated is why they are cheaper). However, you can email them and they do usually respond within 24 hours.

I believe both NFO and DGS only offer Windows servers.

You can not change the startup line only the starting map. If you email them though I am sure they can edit it for you.

I host four servers from DGS, one from NFO and one from Counter-strike.com. All on them run CS:S.

NFO offers Linux and Windows servers. If you go for an unmanaged VDS (which you can run whatever you want on) they have several virtual distro ISOs and you can wipe your box at any time. Managed "game server only" VDS systems can also be Linux or Windows but NFO doesn't give you access to the OS. Most stuff in the control panel is super easy to do.

I'm not sure about the OSes on single game servers, but those are mighty pricey anyway and you're probably better off with a VDS.

I have been with NFO since January 2011 and rent:
1 3 core Windows managed VDS in NYC
1 2 core Windows managed VDS in Chicago
1 1 core Windows unmanaged VDS in Denver
1 single Minecraft server
1 Mumble server
2 webhosting packages

There was frequent DDoS action earlier this year and in the summer but ever since InterNAP upgraded their switches in the datacenter from 1Gb to 10Gb I haven't seen any more problems. Routing problems? They'll try to work them out. I basically have a nearly flawless experience with NFO.

How many servers do you run on each VDS?
And how many slots per server?

I happen to be a reseller of VPS's. I can get you a nice Linux Xen VPS (I use one myself, works like a charm) for $9 per month, or a Windows one (never tried it) for $10.80 per month.

PM me if you're interested.

Oh, apparently Xen and Windows are sold out until Wednesday the 16th...

Maybe I should have named the budget we were on. We're looking to spend no more than $90-$100 a month for two 32-slots (one pub, one private, +50-slot ventrilo). The linux servers I priced on NFO were baseline $30 more, so that was already at $80 for one server. And DGS doesn't offer linux from what I gathered. Nobody seems to offer linux.

Guess we'll have to move to Windows.

That's quite a large budget. I could get you set up with three individual VPS's for $9 per month each, that'd be $27 per month.

Btw, I have Linux.

There is no way you can host a 32man server on a VPS costing $9/month. The provider would have to be overselling like crazy to make ends meet.
