Use amx_votemapmenu

The simplest method, without a plugin is to bind amx_votemapmenu to a key and use that key. Otherwise, there are plugins out there to automatically call admin commands from chat, plugins like Super Admin Slash or Smart Slash. Lastly, you're certainly welcome to write your own plugin to do this. Write the plugin and test it. If you have issues, post your code and we can help you fix any issues that you may have.
