Request plugin "vip CSDM"

Hello all

I want a plugin vip respawn mode .

I want the VIP to :
. Wrote / VIPS and see VIPs Online .
. VIP admins will be able to use chat .
. receive slot reservation .
Damage increased by 10% for all weapons , including grenade
Post to Connecting , when logging a message will appear colored like: " [ WARNING ] * VIP * X to Connect.
120 HP each spawn
+100 AP every spawn
receive 15 hp every kill and 30 per hs
Appears as VIP score -tab ( going both terrorism and for CT)
Flag for VIP to be the letter ' T' in users.ini
vip 's writing in green
vip 's to have more speed
To have VIPS.ini (any name) where to add VIPs . Ask this because if you want to give someone and admin and VIP , if you add flag H ( for example) does not appear to / vip
No fall damage.

This PLUGIN contains almost all you want , just need to add what you need and edit it

I'd recommend using existing published plugins for what you want. The request is too much to be done exclusively for this request.
