Sourcemod Plugin/Requests section.

The model is missing, so unless you replace existing upgrade ammo, or use an addon to add the missing textures it's not going to be something that's visually good.

Ok. Thanks for the clarification on where to put this. I'll be moving this there.
Also, the beta ammo pack texture is still in the files, and it fits perfectly over the first aid kit. So I'm not sure what you mean by the model.
