[Metamod] Anti-Sendfile

Description:
This meta-plugin was developed for blocking players from uploading their own files to the server they are playing on. This kind of hack is very popular nowadays, but now with this plugin we can protect our servers.

Example output:


Installation:

1. Download "anti_sendfile_mm_i386.so" or "anti-sendfile.dll" ;
2. Create a new directory in your addons folder ; (Example: addons/anti_sendfile/ );
3. Copy the "anti_sendfile_mm_i386.so" or the "anti-sendfile.dll" file to the directory you created before..
4. Open $moddir/addons/metamod/plugins.ini and write at the end of the file the path for the file.
   Example:
   linux addons/anti_sendfile/anti_sendfile_mm_i386.so ;
   win32 addons/anti_sendfile/anti-sendfile.dll

Other:
antisendfile-source.zip -> contain the source code.

Those "90%" do so because of non-steam or because they don't know you need to update.
The non-steamers doesn't deserve this fix and the others won't find it.
Seems easier to just update.

And I just checked you out. You're a non-steamer aswell.

I am have a steam, 6 years ago. My steam....
.. and they deserve this update.

Don't give a shit if you have steam or not, as long as you're running dproto you're a non-steamer.
