1. I have no time to make one.
2. Its easier to download a free one.
3. It's faster to download a free one.
4. It's free, why not?
5. Why should I loose my time doing something that is free, stable, customizable and fit my needs?

FYI, if you want to make a good one you must use the three languages you mentioned, not only one. Also, it would be impossible to make it with PHP only.

Well, since Google search engine is mainly coded in Python, let's advice him to use the same language. It should be easier, shouldn't it?

PHPDoc will only work for php source code because it analizes the source code. It will fail with pawn syntax.

I'm looking for something where can I add info from a database... I've already made my include parser so I only need to process the data propely & insert it into a database.
