I am willing to pay someone (through paypal, offers acceptable) to make me a plugin that is the following:

-Uses Surf Olympics End Zone system (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=216734)
-Players gain points (customizable for each map) when they reach the end zone.
-Players can spend points on "skills" which are permanent:
1. Multijump
2. Decreased gravity
3. Bunny hop
4. Speed+
5. Hook (lasts 1 month)
6. Admin (lasts 1 month)
7. There are more I can't think of. Anyway the idea of this post is to get an idea of what I want, we can discuss real details later.
Also using these skills (1 or any amount, doesn't make a difference) will decrease the number of points a player would otherwise receive. The pattern seemed to be that the slower one completed a map with skills on, the more points they would receive, up to half the original amount (therefore faster completion yields even fewer credits with skills on)

-Upon completion of a map, a message appears giving players a comparison of how fast they have completed it with other players' times- Extremely fast, Very fast, Fast, Average, Slow,...

That's pretty much it. This plugin was custom made for an old CS 1.6 clan which was my favorite server. Of course it was never released for public use (shame)

I don't think you're gonna get it cheap.

1. Make a simple Point System which saves points in a SQL Database. Can be done by reading some tutorials.
2. Create a shop using this points containing the Items you want, save their state also in SQL.

This is similar to my Bunnyhop Challenge Mod, where you can finish Bunnyhop Maps using diffrent Airaccelerates ( so different Difficulties ) and gain points to spend on Trails, Hats and Models.
