Game mode seems to work fine with current rev. of Randomizer. That was....interesting.

Yay! No idea what I did, but ok!

Also, there'll be a 1.6.1 version out soon to fix the game description not always changing to TF2x10.

1.6.1 is now out.

Changelog:
* Fixed invalid convar error
* Fixed the game description not updating to TF2x10 until after a map change

HELP!

I have the more or less same problem with PissJar! How do you fix it?

EDIT: I've solved this problem by downloading tf2items.randomizer.txt into [Server]\tf\addons\sourcemod\gamedata\!

1.6.2 is now out which fixes an invalid KillTimer handle error. Thanks to Requiesta de Silencia for reporting.

The gamedata link has also been updated to point to Randomizer instead of Give Weapons.
