Yes mate, unless they click CT/T then esc it doesn't assign you to a team, i'm testing out mp_force_pick_time 1 but i;m unsure if it will work.

click ct/tero and then esc also doesnt work for me, admins have to manualy change the map a few times.. paulo crashz said it has to do with the maps, to remove the maps where the bug happens, ill try that.
