Look, how can i like in /csay or sm_csay, instead of appearing my name on the top screen (in this case aIm | MoI^) be like ADMIN: message. I'm not talking about @*message, im talking about "/csay", then message and instead of appearing my name appears ADMIN: message. how? And too, in adverts, how can you put like, to not always be on chat, but also on sm_csay and sm_hsay forms?

You could do it through rcon, i.e. sm_rcon sm_csay TEXT TEXT TEXT
that would make it so the server says it.
