hi guys , i am creating new server and i want it to to be the best cs 1.6 server in my country
so the server is 32 slot , FFA ..

- play Sound when selected player i choose joined the game
- when i buy simple admin and super admin i want a different between commands they can use , for example simple admin can use kick , ban and slay but super admin can acces to all command
- i want best plugins that block cheating like C.CA hook and Badboy , i want them to be not able to use cheats at all in server
- i want to add text in the down left side of screen , i want the text message shon in the chat message every 5 minutes

and i am requesting best plugins you can advise me to use them in the server and thanks in advanced all of you <3

1. search admin connection as an example, change the flag for your specific user.
2. give them different flags.
3. plugins aren't "really" able to block cheats, you need a client side software to block some cheats.
4. search advert* in titles, or just use the permanent message plugin.

and i am requesting best plugins you can advise me to use them in the server and thanks in advanced all of you <3

Connect Announce is the name of the plugin you want.

if you can now help me the name of plugin that sometime cheaters is fucking idiot , i ban they come back , i destroy they comeback but i want something that cannot let them back for example make they're ping high so much and cannot play or anymore so help me if you cna

Ban them by SteamID. We don't support non-steam servers or methods just FYI (destroy plugins only work on non-steam).
