How can I show MOTD for certain client. I mean 'motd.txt' on server.
ShowMOTDPanel(client,"lalala","motd.txt",MOTD PANEL_TYPE_FILE) opens CLIENT's file in a plain text. Other types opens a blank window.
Does MOTDPANEL_TYPE_URL + Web-server + symlink to motd.txt is the only metod to show MOTD for user, or not?

The message is cached in a stringtable named "InfoPanel" under the index "motd". See this post if you feel like fiddling with the contents of the motd. The snippet behind that link is primarily used to cache entirely new messages but you get the idea.
