Actually there is no need to be admin to mute a player, also if a muted player reconnects he is not muted anymore.
Gag plugin already exists, the only interesting thing in your plugin is the cmd /sorry

I've seen this gag plugin but it didn't work for me. So, I just made one myself xD

Thanks. Just using a UTF-8 encoded dictionary file enables my plugin of showing UTF-8 characters?

EDIT: Just found out how to do it.

Can someone make plugin like this, but with PERM mute ? Like on CS Source
