I'm currently hosting a Surf Timer which has been running perfectly fine till the Perfect World hit the deck. Now every time we turn the velocity is drastically impacted, if we hit a Ramp at high speeds we are more than likely to slide down the ramp and so on.

I'm currently using ckSurf and the setup i've been using for a full year which got minimal changes and had worked like a champ. Sadly, after the Patch went live surfing is almost impossible as you're either slowed down when turning while flying or you just slide down the ramp like if you had got to the ramp with over +7000 MPH or KMH whatev.

What i'm most interested in knowing is why this is happening, has there been any recent changes that have made this almost impossible to surf?

I'm running a config with both:

sv_accelerate                      "10"
sv_staminajumpcost             "0"
sv_staminalandcost              "0"
sv_staminarecoveryrate        "0"
sv_staminamax                   "0"
sv_airaccelerate                  "150"
sv_clamp_unsafe_velocities   "0" (Also tried switching between on and off with no luck)

My Gamemode file is also running:

sv_maxvelocity "2650"

To be honest, i've never dealt with a Surf Timer or whatever it's called and have always dealt with Casual and custom stuff like JBs and DMs.

Any experienced Server Operator that might lend a hand to this amateur Surf operator would be greatly appreciated.

Certainly the value assigned which is 150. I'm also unsure as to why it's happening, feels less smooth after the PW Patch for some reason. Completely puzzled with this stuff.
