DoDs Sourcemod Give Weapon Commands

I am trying to find the console commands to give weapons ie rifle grenades etc. I used to know all the commands for mani but ever since I started using SM a few years ago I have yet to find them again.

Im not looking for a mod that will do this rather than the commands you type in console that gives certain things.

I think you need a plugin for SourceMod in order to have the sm_give command... basic SM doesn't have it.
