I've setup GOTV for my match/scrim server
here is in the server.cfg

But when I try to connect by the console

117.6.174.34:27020

It failed after 10 tries

And in the server browser -> spectate tab -> I don't see any servers to spectate too, refreshed but no servers found.

So.... valve having problems with GOTV listing ? or my settings not correct ?

Do I need to add

+tv_relay 117.6.174.34:27020

to the server run command?

Do you have more than one server on the same machine?
Because the default port is 27020 and first server to start will bind to it, even if tv_enable is 0. Then your server will bind to another port since 27020 is no longer available.

I solved this by specify tv ports even for server that don't use GOTV.

Or it could be a simple firewall problem.

EDIT: You can debug than kind of issue using on linux "netstat -lup"

Or use -nohltv on the command line which will prevent it from binding the TV Port.

Ahhhh got it, I have more than 2 servers on same machine, let me try binding port for all then
