I have this problem:
My server have reserved slots and using rankme plugin which is reading mysql database everytime players connect. For that reason, if some one without vip flag , they can't join when server are full ( for example 31/32 - on last slot are for vip and admin flag to join ), and they will continously connect and then will get kicked afterward.
But that will cause server var jump up / lag / choke spike. Because rankme will read each time they retry.

So I'm looking a plugin that can temporary ban them for 5 minutes to prevent the lag.
