About health regeneration, this plugin can do the job better :

(And if you don't enable other feature the plugin don't use unneeded cpu).


So you can remove health plugin.

About armor, gonna look if code is better.

Won't work, you consider messages as a think routine but it's not the case, once you gonna exit the function because delay is < TASK_UPDATE_HEALTH, nothing with be executed anymore.
