Hi, I would like to know how to make a plugin to glow CT to blue color and Terrorist Team to Red color.
That just it.

#define TERR_GLOW_GREEN 0
#define TERR_GLOW_BLUE 0
#define CT_GLOW_RED 0
#define CT_GLOW_GREEN 0
#define CT_GLOW_BLUE 255

How could I make this into a CVAR to activate or desactivate by the admin and everyone could see it.
