Hello,

I've been looking into putting DFENS on my server, however Im running KAC 1.1.9, and I noticed KIGEN stating that KAC has some sort of system in place that prevents users from uploading/download files to the server. Am I correct or does KAC only block certain files types from being uploaded/downloaded?

Also, I hate to ask these questions, but Im new to KAC as well as being a server operator:

1) I installed KAC 1.1.9 to my server, is there really only a .smx file to install?
2) I read some posts about KAC being able to auto update. Is this true, and would it be updating the KAC.smx file?

Thanks

Also, my logs for KAC are showing this:

Code:
L 01/07/2010 - 20:08:27: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "kigen-ac-pub.smx":
L 01/07/2010 - 20:08:27: [SM]   [0]  Line 981, kigen-ac-pub.sp::TKills()
Should I be concerned?

First, KAC cannot prevent users from uploading and downloading files. SourceMod plugins can't do advanced hooking of the engine.

Second, get D-FENS.

Third, I'd recommend using KAC 1.2.0.
Also, the TKills error is well known about and is listed in the Known Issues topic. TKills exists due to problems in earlier versions of Sockets (before 3.0.0 Alpha).
