This is the Wrong Section for this. But your problem is you need to get MetaMOD Source for Counter-Strike: Source. Then get SourceMOD.
Install your scripts for your plugins in the /addons/sourcemod/scripting/ folder, compile them.
The open the /addons/sourcemod/scripting/compiled/ folder and move the necessary files to the /addons/sourcemod/plugins/ AND /addons/sourcemod/plugins/disabled/ folders. As there are some plugins NOT enabled therefore are in the disabled folder in plugins. Like the admin_sql_prefetch.smx, admin_sql_threaded.smx, nominations.smx, mapchooser.smx, randomcycle.smx, rockthevote.smx and sql_admin_manager.smx unless you want to use MySQL for admin, then move the admin_flatfile.smx into the disabled folder and move 2 of the admin_sql_prefetch.smx, admin_sql_threaded.smx and sql_admin_manager.smx. We use the prefetch and manager as you only need to use one for the admin_sql* files for accessing the database for authenticating your admins.
SourceMOD plugs into Metamod therefor the newer packages come with sourcemod.vdf which is in the /addons/metamod/ folder in the download package. So once you launch your server, everything should be good to go.
