But if is there a tiny potential possibility to that work in such crappy engine.

I don't think reflection is a thing in GoldSrc games. You can figure that by looking at wall glasses in maps that have any, such as cs_office.

As i said i know in the topic, but I'm looking for some hacky ways you can achieve it with.

Mirror reflection and not glass.

What you're trying to do is called Ray Tracing, and it's considered as high tech, there is no 'hacky' way to achieve it. Why do you think it took Nvidia so many years to finally implement Ray Tracing into their latest RTX series?

Yes i did but ill try checking their engine to see how its working. I know its impossible using the goldsrc engine , ill see what i can do.

I think you need to mess with opengl to render the world in the mirror, which clearly you can't do in a plugin.
