can someone help me with a licensing inc? which can not be broken by net_address.

Not possible. Since you must supply the source code with any plugin you distribute, the licensing could easily be removed

A friend has a licensing inc ip can not be broken with net_address, so I think it is possible.

or even a DNS Licensing Inc., which read only part of the name that I ask.

What is the point since you have to give the source code of the plugin anyways?
