Oh, right, sorry, this event should have the "a" flag, not "b", since it is public ("XXX is joining the Counter-Terrorist force"). So no player id is passed.... hm perhaps have a look at the PTB script. It can block joining the winning team, which means that the team select menu is somehow hooked.
