This plugin is very simple. With it you may be setting a date for administrators to expire (users.ini).

Exemple:

Permanent admin:

"Wilian" "pass" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvy" "a"

With days:

"Wilian" "pass" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvy" "a" "50"

Commands:

/venc

Woks on: Name, steamid and ip.

There is bit difference, it purely has user.ini as default, where as edon one's don't have, access flags "ac" etc ...

This one is an extension to the default admin system, mine is a complete re-work. Why do access flags matter? Mine doesn't have access flags but still does the necessary checks.

I had some reports that the problem is regameDLL or rehlds, try to install the 2 most updated rehlds + regamedll + reapi.
