In fact it has been prooven that if Human kind didn't eated farm animals all the problems with world starvation would be solved. Let me explain better. The amount of land needed to produce a 1 Kg of meat is the same has the one needed to produce like 15 kg (not exact calculations but it can be easely found) of soy bean wich actually has more or less the same protein and much more ealthier has meat so a lot of soil would be to produce other kind of crops needed to balance the lack of food 3rd. world countrys have.
Not to mention desertification due to grass fields insteads of florests.

I love meat but I tend to balance it with a lot a vegetarian food for those reasons. In fact in my family im the only one that eats meat.

Soy bean does not have near amount the protein meats have. Starvation would be solved, malnutrition would not. And the only reason why, namely Africa, is starving is because of corrupt government.

No but there productions requirements arent so demanding has cow meat and if you think about it on the same amount of land it actually produces much more protein and it is much much more wealthier then meat.
A part from the fact that there is a vast amount of food wich has protein and you don't need has many protein has the one most people ingest daily.

And most important of all is lack of population control and structures to suport a balanced agricultural plan. But what I mean is simple. There is not has many food production in depeloped countrys to support 3rd world countrys. That's a myth. But there could be if the measures above were taken. In in a long view infertile desert land is growing fast due to Animal Farms. ANd the protein from soy is actually beeing given to fatten pigs and cows instead of being consumed directly wich is a tremendous loss of energy.
